VSUNNY Dynamics | VSUNNY Machinery Team went to Ethiopia and Uganda for investigation

In November 30th, the building materials industry association of Guangdong Province officially launched the "the Belt and Road of the building materials industry——Ethiopia and Uganda inspection activities". It has been the fifth day so far, and VSUNNY's team participated in the investigation.

Arrived in Ethiopia

Ethiopia has the fastest annual growth rate in Africa. According to World Bank statistics, Ethiopia's economy grew at an average annual rate of 10.8% between 2004 and 2014, which was mainly driven by the country's urbanization process.Ethiopia's industrial output accounts for about a third of the country's GDP, totalling about 14 billion US dollars. Ethiopia's vision is to become a manufacturing centre for light industry in Africa by 2020 and reach the level of middle-income countries by 2025.

Traffic, energy, communications, construction and other industries are booming throughout Ethiopia, with 13 industrial parks under construction. Ethiopia welcomes Guangdong construction materials enterprises to visit, exchange, cooperate and invest in Ethiopia.

Visit the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Natural Gas

    VSUNNY machinery team visited Ethiopia Assefa Kumsa Afeta, Minister of mineral and oil and natural gas in December 4th. Mr. Minister welcomes the visit to the "the Belt and Road" building materials industry group enterprise. He highly affirmed our group enterprise from mining, raw material processing, technology, installation and assembly, and welcomed enterprises to come to invest. At the same time, he showed great interest in the equipment of VSUNNY Machinery. He agreed to visit VSUNNY Machinery and its production bases in Lianzhou and Hezhou in 2019.

    In the afternoon, five Ethiopian heavy calcium enterprises were organized to communicate with each other.

    Benyam Mesgina, Minister of investment promotion, warmly introduced the investment environment and investment policies of Ethiopia. The enterprises in the building industry group of "the Belt and Road" conducted in-depth exchanges with local enterprises, and had a better understanding of the current situation and market development prospects of local enterprises.

Investigation in Uganda

    In December 5th, Mr. ISSAC, Vice Minister of foreign affairs of Uganda, spoke kindly to the enterprises in the building industry group of "the Belt and Road". Mr. ISSAC said that the real estate and infrastructure construction market in Uganda has broad market prospects and good investment environment.，And he expressed great welcome and attention to VSUNNY Machinery, Bairun Industry, Carsley Coatings, Mona Lisa Ceramic Tiles and other enterprises, and made it clear that they would arrange for local enterprises to dock. We thank the Minister for his sincerity.

"Building materials industry travel thousands of miles of the Belt and Road" activities to help enterprises in the process of internationalization "sailing". We should not only "go out", but also "go in". We should export high-quality products to foreign countries and import them to local areas. Only when enterprises pay more and more attention to the overseas communication, influence and reputation, can they open up a broader market.
